Experience shaped the coach. Purpose shaped Eighty20.
Stephanie “Coach Paul” Paul is a former NCAA Division I and professional basketball player who has experienced the game as an athlete, leader, mentor, and coach.
Her journey—from the University of Georgia to professional basketball overseas and back home to develop the next generation—shaped a coaching philosophy centered on skill, mindset, faith, confidence, and personal growth.
Through Eighty20, Coach Paul uses the lessons she learned at every level of the game to help athletes become more prepared, more confident, and more intentional about who they are becoming—both on and off the court.
Every stage of Coach Paul’s journey has shaped the way she develops athletes today—from competing at the highest levels to leading, mentoring, and giving back through the game.
80% MENTAL. 20% PHYSICAL. 100% INTENTIONAL.
The game is more than physical.
Eighty20 was created from the belief that what separates athletes is often bigger than skill alone. How they think, respond to adversity, prepare, believe, lead, and carry themselves matters just as much as what they can do with a basketball.
The Eighty20 approach uses basketball as a vehicle to develop the whole athlete—combining intentional training with mindset, faith, confidence, accountability, and access to positive coaches and role models.
Our goal is simple: help athletes become 1% better every day, on the court and beyond it.
